210g Salmon Fish Balls in Tomato Sauce
200g pasta (penne, fusilli, or your choice)
Fresh basil, chopped
Parmesan cheese, grated
Olive oil

Cooking process

1. Prepare the Ingredients

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.

  • Once cooked, drain the pasta, reserving a small splash of pasta water in case you need to loosen the sauce later. Set aside.

2. Cook the Salmon Fish Balls & Sauce

  • Open the package of Salmon Fish Balls and heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add the fish balls and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly golden and heated through.

  • Pour in the tomato sauce from the package, stirring gently to coat the fish balls. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened and fragrant.

3. Combine & Serve

  • Add the cooked pasta to the pan, tossing everything together so the noodles are evenly coated in the rich tomato sauce and fish balls. If needed, add a splash of the reserved pasta water to help the sauce cling to the pasta.

  • Finish with a sprinkle of freshly chopped basil and a generous dusting of Parmesan cheese for a burst of flavor.

  • Serve immediately while hot.
