Ingredients:

Cod liver cream “Vikingur” 1 pot


Cucumbers


Cherry tomatoes


Green salad


Olives


Salt and pepper

 


Cooking method:

 

Slice all vegetables.

Mix the ingredients

Put the cream on the side of a dish or on the top of green salad (cream should be cooled before using)
