Canned cod liver “Vikingur” 250g
Cheese 150g
Cloves of garlic 3pcs
Boiled eggs
Herbs

Cooking method:
How to cook spicy salad with cod liver. To separate proteins boiled eggs from the yolks. Rub the yolks with the oil from canned, add the crushed garlic and chopped parsley. Finely chop the egg whites, mix grated on a coarse grater and cheese, mashed with a fork or chopped finely cod liver. Season salad with sauce made from mashed yolks with garlic, sprinkle with herbs.
