Salad of cod liver with pickled cucumber


Recipe

Ingredients:


Cod liver “Vikingur” – 1 pot;


Pickled or pickled cucumbers – 200 g;


Potatoes and carrots – 300 g;


Boiled eggs – 4 pcs .;


Mayonnaise, salt.

 


Cooking method:

 

  1. Boil and peel vegetables, eggs. Scratch large.
  2. Cucumbers chop thin strips.
  3. From the canned food, drain the oil, mash with a fork.
  4. Mix the ingredients, season with salt, mayonnaise.
